Description du poste

Responsible for the management of the Wiko products’ lifecycle, acts as a link between sales and marketing teams to coordinate the go to market of each product on the market. Key reference point for a set of countries (Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Adriatic region), reports to the Marketing and Communication Director.

Responsibilities
• Operates as the key point of contact for all product related information for internal stakeholders
• To follow up the product development with the R&D departments based in France and in China
• Market analysis: building and bringing knowledge of the smartphones market in order to assess the right current and future line up development, through brands and products benchmarking
• Support the sales team locally in key customers meetings and act as the product expert through product and roadmaps presentations.
• Organizes, manages and follow up local carriers projects
• Part of the Marketing team, support them in the organization of timely product launches and activities
• Ensure the timely and qualitative delivery of Product Marketing tools to actively support the sales teams: Product roadmap, Product summary and training, specifications sheets
• Participates to testing procedures to ensure the stability of a product locally, report bugs and follow up trouble shooting
• Manages product samples and ensures their stability prior to the distribution for PR activities
• Assistes the team in dealing with after sales issues

Profil recherché

• Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• English is a must, Chinese would be a strong plus
• 2/5 years of product and project management in Consumer Electronics
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Proactive, organized and reactive.
